6 lbTurkey, raw

1/2 cupSoy Sauce

1 1/2 tspGround Ginger

2 cloveGarlic

1/2 cupCorn Oil

2 tblsHoney

1 1/2 tspYellow Mustard Seed
Directions
1. Cut turkey into pieces as follows; 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 4 breast pieces, and 4 back pieces.2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Marinate turkey in mixture 2 hours in refrigerator.
3. Drain turkey pieces, reserving marinade.
4. Place drumsticks, thighs, and breast pieces 6 to 8' above medium hot coals. Grill for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
5. Add wings and back pieces. Grill another 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Baste with marinade and continue to grill until turkey is tender about another 20 minutes.
6. Suggested to serve with rice pilaf and steamed vegetables.
